Museum of Peripheral Collections

A new solo exhibition, Museum of Peripheral Collections, opens at Le Bon Accueil in Rennes, France on Thursday 28th September.

The exhibition will focus on the act of collecting and how that relates to both the appreciation of music and to home recording practice. As well as existing works including Fifty Three of the Best Recordings I Never Got Round To Making and some modified records, I’ll show various collections of objects and a diorama of a home recording studio.

There will also be a new cassette album of lo-fi home recordings, available only on cassette by swapping for another tape; or for free as a postcard and digital download from the gallery itself.

I’ll also play a live Mechanical Techno set at the opening event. Facebook page here.
