DECONSTRUCT YOURSELF
A DECONSTRUCTED RAVE CURATED BY GRAHAM DUNNING
Friday 1 December
6pm
Tickets £6, £5
Graham Dunning and three other artists take over the building to present an evening of live music and visual performance.
6 – 10pm
6:00pm Doors open for viewing artworks (galleries and ICA touring exhibition also open)
7:30pm to 10pm live performances
Performed in the round, the audience have the chance to get up-close and personal with the machines as they help us rave to mechanical techno.
The event will include three sculptural, sonic installations, placed around the public areas of the building and a live music performance, with projected visuals, in the DLWP auditorium foyer space which dismantles and reconstructs the process and foundations beneath basslines and rhythms. Everything used by these artists is hacked and torn. Machines are rewired to share control.
